Our rehab center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals. Chadwick offers a variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs focusing on post hospital recovery, orthopedic, neurologic, pulmonary and other medically complex conditions that allow patients to return to their previous level of functioning following an injury, illness or accident.
