On September 19, 2015, our Chadwick Nursing and Rehabilitation Center family participated in the annual Alzheimer's Memory Walk, in an effort to help raise Alzehimer's awareness. We had several residents, family, and staff members to go out and walk the three mile marathon in honor of someone that they know who has died from Alzheimer's or is currently struggling with the disease. The Chadwick family came together to raise an astounding $2,000.00 for the Alzheimer's foundation, making Chadwick a member of the Silver Medal Club.
